Our Story
Harmony’s journey into the restoration industry began by observing the operations of a family connection’s carpet cleaning and water damage company. Inspired by this early exposure, he took his first steps into the field after a career at Delphi didn’t go as planned. Starting with carpet cleaning at a national competitor, Harmony quickly found opportunities to grow, working with various companies and contributing to multiple start-ups—ranging from local businesses to his most recent role at a national competitor, where he played an integral role in training and development initiatives.
Over the years, Harmony earned prestigious certifications that set him apart in the industry, including the distinguished titles of Master Water Restorer and Commercial Drying Specialist with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). His career spans projects from a few thousand dollars to large-scale undertakings worth six figures, demonstrating his expertise and dedication.
Shane entered the restoration field a few years later, joining his brother at a major local competitor in the Cincinnati area. Like Harmony, Shane achieved multiple certifications from the IICRC and focused on honing his skills from a production perspective. Known for his attention to detail and customer satisfaction, Shane’s extensive career includes projects of all sizes, from hurricane relief efforts in hard-hit areas to restoring critical infrastructure.
After more than a decade with a national competitor, the brothers grew disenchanted with aggressive sales tactics and questionable business practices in the industry. Determined to offer a better way, they put their passion, expertise, and vision into creating Flood Force—a company built on integrity, skill, and genuine care.
